The tremendous development of ICT and the rapid spread of the Internet in various applications have contributed significantly to the rapid and rapid multiplication of human knowledge, particularly scientific and technological knowledge. This has allowed the development of the educational process and the introduction of several new concepts, such as distance learning, virtual university, e-learning, e-school, digital library and other modern concepts and developments that have become the contours of the modern digital environment. This has prompted the growing interest in the use of e-learning in universities and globally in order to provide quality and quality programmers and courses. The provision of quality in e-learning is a very important issue for any program or academic or academic course, as quality is a prerequisite for the success of the educational process, and therefore quality in education becomes essential for e-learning in particular.
