Abstract

Modern technological developments have led to drastic changes in lifestyles and ways of communication and contact, and the acquisition of knowledge and the expansion of relations and the development of information is unprecedented in the history of humanity.
However Ttorotkdm information and communication technologies and education that the world has witnessed in the past few years, technology has created an integrated electronic learning environment depends on the evolution of the super-network which is to provide and develop all academic and administrative operations of the student electronically simultaneously.
And all this reflect on the various Arab universities where technology has contributed to overcoming geographical, economic, social and psychological obstacles and expand Almtalmin base anywhere.
This paper seeks to provoke the main question of what the reality of distance education in Arab universities, and what are the most important leader in this field at the Arab level models, as this research seeks to identify the most important challenges and difficulties facing education after the Arab League, leading in the end to Suggestions attempt to provide for the development of education system and activate the remote Balencibh Arab League.
