Abstract

Witness the current era of many successive scientific and technological level developments, which makes it imperative for educators to search for new forms of education commensurate with the revolution in communications and information technology, particularly in the service sector, which represents one of education of the most important services provided by communities to individual sand return them benefit in the short and long term,and what was the creative one of the most important variables that developed and developing countries seeking to develop both; due for submission unconventional solutions to the problems faced by these countries in various aspects of political and economic life, social, and environmental. The problems of poverty, hunger, disease, ignorance and street children are a product of the accumulation of conventional solutions that have failed to deal with.
Sternberg & Lubart( 1996) Defined creativity as the ability to produce a work of unexpected novelty and originality, and high quality, and useful, and brings important limitations. Creativity is an important subject and widespread at the individual and community levels in plenty of areas of different tasks. At the individual level, creativity is associated with, for example, to dissolve the work and daily life problems. At the community level, it could lead to the creation of new scientific results, and new movements in art and new inventions, new social programs. The economic significance of creativity and clear because of the new products and services, creating jobs, moreover, individuals, organizations, and communities must adapt existing resources to change the requirements of tasks in order to remain competitive.
 As the e-learning one of the most remote learning formats and its relationship to creativity entrances study based on computer simulation programs have made (Boden, 1992,1999) reviewed, and it was aimed at the production of creative thinking CNC manner that simulates what people do.
