Abstract
There is no doubt that the search for new forms of education has become a necessity to meet the challenges of the times, and realize the hopes of communities and individuals in the life of advanced societies trendy that makes civilization and achieve development communities are educated not a monopoly of knowledge where the elite of distinct , but take the masses luck of Arts and Sciences and the Arts so that they can participate in building a society ably welfare, democracy, and humanity
And traditional education alone can not do everything and achieve all hope, therefore, support the efforts of communities all have the means and capabilities towards this new formulas sponsor turning it into environments nanny sure where the self of the individual, and enriching her life, like a living old-time double.
Method of distance education and the possibility to benefit from it in the Arab world in the light of some international experience, and stated that distance education is education is outside the walls of the classroom and the school , but it depends on students themselves to acquire knowledge, and invent their activities, and are evaluated each student in education according to its potential and abilities, and the role of the teacher in this type of education guide helps in facilitating the learning process for the student , and this study used a comparative approach to illustrate the experiences of some countries in the field of distance education, in terms of the characteristics and features, objectives and foundations, and how to use them in education PLAY taking into account the conditions and possibilities available to him . The study aims to answer the following question: " What are the possible future scenarios for distance education in the Arab world ? " .
And to achieve the objectives of the research we tried to split it into parts we approached initially by technology and satellites by mail and radio and television any so-called telecourses and parties target and its properties as we tried to compare the way of distance learning traditional education , also tried to shed light on the beginnings of experiments Arab countries .In the second part we tried to shed light on the cooperation of Arab countries in the field of distance education and employment of distance education in the development of Arab education
In the third part Vtnolna need for renewal scientific in the light of globalization , or the so-called e-learning from the definition and characteristics and his tools and then we dealt with quality control in e-learning , categories of e-learning and its system , and means, then international experiences and an Arab in the field of e-learning, as We had a special case of distance education is education mobile verticals modern requires the establishment of a wireless network , and wireless devices to mobile such as mobile phones, personal digital assistants , and devices painting, and design curricula electronic , and the training of the human element and aspects of the comparison between the education -mail and Education Mobile , as we tried shedding light on the electronic libraries and their role in distance education.
And research concluded that university education contemporary currently witnessing many developments , especially the so-called distance education by means of communication electronics and information flows terrible in terms of quantity and quality , which leads necessarily to strive to develop our universities traditional and providing them with all the technological means to meet the challenges of globalization , and the requirements of the labor market , which imposes a renewable learning outcomes and high skill able to compete and challenge the skills and experience to us inflows from abroad , and this is the real role of the university , whether directly or indirectly .
