Abstract

This study aims at theoretical analysis, one of the most important and latest topics, Which is particularly important as it relates to the most important keys to success, and a source of the most important sources of sustainable competitive advantage.
The subject of electronic training for human resources,  Which knows some of the lack of business management literature, despite its great importance, We have tried through this treatment to link the variable and its main pillars  To denounce the importance of technology and the need to establish it To move towards electronic training as a substitute for traditionalism.
We have also presented a set of leading examples of e-training All of which rely on information and communication technology as a backbone of the theoretical analysis of the subject.
